A special bond is at the heart of Sunburst Vitality. Five years ago, Ella was struggling with a hormonal imbalance due to extreme stress - she was burned out and unable to get pregnant. Meeting Cheryl was like a burst of sunshine into Ella’s world. Initially apprehensive about needles, Cheryl proved to be a gentle practitioner and a loving coach that encouraged and supported Ella at every step. In time, Cheryl’s incredible gift as a healer completely transformed Ella’s health and led to Ella becoming pregnant with her first child! Through this experience, an unbreakable friendship was formed and now as business partners, they’ve crafted a sanctuary of vibrant energy with the goal of bringing that same revitalizing power to your life.

Sunburst Vitality combines a comprehensive approach with accessibility; meeting you where you’re at in your health journey and gently guiding and cheering you along. Our goal is to create a warm environment where both long-time wellness enthusiasts and newcomers alike can feel at home.

    Cheryl is an acupuncturist, massage therapist, and wellness practitioner with 20 years experience. Cheryl's unique methodology involves analyzing bloodwork to tailor treatments; combining acupuncture, massage, supplements, and lifestyle adjustments. If you’ve ever been told that your labs are ‘normal’ while not feeling in optimal health, Cheryl’s approach is for you. Her treatment plans will put you firmly in control of your health journey. She wants you to walk away with more than just a sense of relaxation (although you'll definitely get that too!).

    Ella is a holistic health enthusiast and multi-passionate. Storytelling and people have been her guiding themes in life and career - from film school, to teaching, to non-profit work, and consulting. She brings a people-centered perspective to Sunburst and manages all things brand and good vibes.

    Peyton is an aspiring marketing maven and full-on plant lady. With a background in customer service, she maintains our welcoming and peaceful environment. She is also patiently teaching Ella and Cheryl a lot about social media :)
